Quality Standard Specification is derived from ISO-9001, the international
standard for manufacturing quality, with the addition of even more rigorous

meeting in Boca Raton, Jon Cooper, President of LC&D said "Since

"Receiving
QS9000 Registration Certification from Entela is yet another indicator
of the success we have achieved. This plaque will sit in a place of
honor along side our awards from the South Florida Manufacturer's Association
as Nominee for Manufacturer of The Year, and from The Business Journal
as Company of the Year."

Entela,
Inc. served as Lighting Components and Design's independent auditor
and registrar. The entire review process extended over more than 12
months and was extremely rigorous, going into virtually every area of
LC&D's Operations: Manufacturing, Customer Service, Engineering
Design, Purchasing, Materials Management, Business Operations, Planning,
Quality, etc.
